I have been working with Honda for last 2 years in last 2 years I have learnt a lot currently I am a aligned with quality engineering department I am taking care of mass production and new model development both in the department I have many learning like mass production problem handling cracking chat updation kakutation sector

The appraisal are not so good in my company on an average we get around 10 to 13% of implement every year.
