Good work culture. Godd job security. And a lot of Training programs conducted . Work life balance is awesome with 5 days working for aall the shifts. Also maintaining good salary level in market.

Dislikes

Some specific departments are realy shit in the name of HONDA CARS INDIA LTD. Honda policy fir appraisal is also good, but some department heads are not good as they do not do two way communication with their reporting guys directly (taking feedback from someone else about other people's )
