Management change after every 3-5 years.

Dislikes

Everybody just follow instructions from top management to HOD, nothing from their own, so culture and work style don't change, everybody in management are in comfort zone of seeing presentation and more presentation, so they make most of associates busy in making presentation hampering actual company efficiency and improvement and also hampering one's own technical know how.
