The culture is nice and everyone is helpful. It is overall a really nice place to be.

Dislikes

The promotion criteria isn't skill based but rather who has been waiting longer in the line. The people who work are given a tonne of work and the people who don't work are given nothing. The people have just eased the entire work culture so, if you're 40+ in age, this is the company to retire in.

Honda cars India limited is a perfect company if you are focussed and patient enough to achieve your work life growth. It gives you challenges targets and obviously handsome money to brush yourself and eventually transforms you to inherit the culture.

HCIL has a drawback of location. Close to NCT, the plant is located in Tapukara and is quite outskirt in terms of locality.

It’s a Japanese company fully equipped with technology and culture where a lot of things are for learning and growth which gives boost in your carrier no matter wherever you go.

Though company have world class cars and technology which is reliable but still lack behind in sales due to not compromising in quality and cost which makes its product expensive with other. So only selective people can afford to purchase or in case of less sales company discontinued its models
