Joined honda cars India bhiwadi thought it's a great company but I was wrong

I joined Honda in 2022 in QE department worked for only 2 months coz my manager Praveen kumar was pathetic he used to pinch me for no reason one day i decided to give resignation after he asked me why I take 10 mins in the washroom daily that time I really got angry n decided to resign. After resignation I got a call from HR I told them everything n they assured me that they will take strong action but they didn't so I decided to leave coz second reason was my salary I have done my masters and was having 2yrs of experience that time and also I have to get shifted for this job to a new location so I have to pay rent also and I don't have parents or anyone else who can support me financially so I have to look everything by my own and these things i already told to the HR during the interview but they didn't agree to increase my salary they gave me only 11k in hand okay so I decided to resign for two of these reasons but after some passing months after resignation I got to know from my ex colleague who joined after me who's qualification is just graduate who don't have any experience in any field that their salary is double from me and Honda HR told those new joinee to do not tell me their salary as I will get upset those 3 new joinee were not experienced they were only graduate but they get double of my salary and they live with their families nearby the company as they are local. wherever I told everything to the HR I was paying rent n everything but I was getting half and Honda talk about equality. They were discriminating between people I don't know why they treated me like that. Maybe coz m muslim or maybe those candidates came through a great reference but working in Honda was my worst experience.
