Company is good no doubt, Salary and. Benefits is good Upper management is good they all are very supportive.

but the mid management is worst, reporting L1 ASE are good for nothing, without seeing leadership role they have got promoted. Even does not know the single things and always remove frustration on the low level employees and use the advantage of their position, due to this reason many employees are leaving, next is me.

If you join as a manager or senior manager, your life is much comfortable than a government employee, Transparency is missing in many things, If you are a junior employee life will sucks. Favouritism is also very much prevalent.
