HRGIS fired many teachers during covid19. I am also one of them. There was no free and fair communication with parents,teachers and management. Every times staff work with fear of duduction from salary for minor mistake. There no respect for teachers. Every year there is frequent changes in teaching faculty. Only spoons and puppets can survive here.

No free and fair communication with parents,teachers and management. When Student and parents are arrogant there is support for teachers. Communication with President mam is very strictly prohibited.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
