Excellent teammates,homeshop 18 trained employees in a good way.. job security is tight. After working in homeshop 18 my career and growth are in a good track... salary and appraisal are excellent.. even. They provide pick and drop facilities.. environment is excellent.work life balance well...

Overall it was really good however career growth and development of was wasn't so great. I got promoted very early which gave me exposure of legal actions and understanding of the e-commerce sectors.

High work pressure and HR were ready to deduct your salary. Even i didn't received my salary till after 3 months
