Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and jovial. Management also very good. I learned many things at Homeocare such as communication skills, how to convince the people etc., Management used to give salary and incentives as per the hard work we submit.

Worst management, no salaries on time they credit the next month of 25th, no leaves will be given, if you any emergency you have to intimate them before 1days, if your taking leave in emergency without information they will deduct the 2 days salary, Saturday & Sunday working, and also on festival working day, And most important, every 30 minutes you have to keep bio metric thumb if failed to keep thumb they will deduct 500 for each thumb.. and they charge salary processing fee 2%, Especially for doctors you better keep your clinic, if you join here Management will treat you like a slave.....Read More

I never seen like this company. They will torture you like anything about daily targets, & monthly targets. If you ask for our week offs they won’t give us week offs, & leaves, if any emergency also they don’t give.. i have worked here for almost 9 years they given only one time hike in 9 years, if you ask hike they fire you directly… I suggest not to join this company..

salary not given properly this company given salary after 20 only increment never ever given politics only there work also scammed the public all 7days working 10 hours job example (6days works one week off 6*10=60 hours) if u want saturday sunday leaves strict rules the double salary deduction done
