Higher authorities do not value and individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times I do not receive any appreciation from higher authorities they did not bother about employees they bother about moneywise company growth only with the help of workers

There is nothing to like the homeocare, worst management,

Worst management, no salaries on time they credit the next month of 25th, no leaves will be given, if you any emergency you have to intimate them before 1days, if your taking leave in emergency without information they will deduct the 2 days salary, Saturday & Sunday working, and also on festival working day, And most important, every 30 minutes you have to keep bio metric thumb if failed to keep thumb they will deduct 500 for each thumb.. and they charge salary processing fee 2%, Especially for doctors you better keep your clinic, if you join here Management will treat you like a slave.....Read More
