I use to like it when customers were happy about the service I gave. Nothing els is happy there lol..

Dislikes

As it's a retail, number speaks, you are appreciated only if you deliver numbers, or els get ready to face your bad days. Falls promises of growth to reduce attrition. Work pressure is high, appreciation is less.

Work Details

Learning was good, as my career started in homecentre, I became more tougher day by day to get numbers on floor

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
