The owner bimal kachroo who is the principal architect of the office is not a qualified architect. And just needs qualified architects under him to attest the drawings with there stamps. He does not listen to what we tell him or the client tells him and when the client scolds him for the same he scolds the employees for why it was not done. And this is a norm in this office which is being followed since years. They make you sign the agreement in the beginning where it is Clearly written you may be called on Sunday's for work. And no overtime will be counted. They don't give you salary on time. And once you even think of resigning They will hold your salary indefinitely even if you complete your notice period. If they feel like it They will give you the salary. Or else you can keep filing cases and they won't even give you what you worked for...Read More
