Saturday and Sunday leave but sometimes we need to work on weekends. Job security. On time salary

Dislikes

Even though it is a MNC, Salary and benefits are very poor. They will hire for lower salary than your current salary. No MNC culture. Typical Indian small scale managemant company where employee never benefited. With low salary and high work pressure, employee will face high stress and no work life balance. Poor culture and benefits, no team outings, no free lunch, no onsite opportunity, nothing in employee benefits....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
