I don't like anything about company . Not for professionals who really want to do some good work .

Dislikes

There is no support from company in any way . They want you to collect money from market and give it to company. After that they are least bothered about timely delivery of material and further relationship building with stakeholders. Also company is not employee friendly at all . If anyone wants to waste their time please go ahead . And don't get attracted to lucrative package they offer. That is just to attract people from good brands and in few months they show their true colours . Back end people are literally dumb particularly HR....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
