There is no employee benefits.no one support to employees for working and ESI and formalities for all.worst management.no promotions,no increments.its like labour units.the managers don’t know about anything like team capacity and employees conditions,leave and benefits.if u ask the manager he said like”I don’t know”.no one attend the phone calls and they didn’t tell about long leave taken process.even didn’t tell Esic hospitals details.my worst time is worked as a employee in this company.i want to tell something starting salary in this company is 10000rs till now....Read More
