As Company it is too good but obviously local regional General Manager plays vital role in decision making, General Manager in Doha has very poor Operational Skills and poor knowledge in handling team. unfortunately all these Doha issues were never taken serious by Zonal level management as they committed few mistakes in treating non Philippines team in all worst manner. So as operational manager intentionally ignored to accept mistakes and find solution instead he started being against to those people who got suffered with their racist behavior. They tired to trap most of the team who were against & vocal about the racist behavior to terminate in the middle of contract ...mostly they got successful. People who were not got trapped till finish of contract were asked to give resignation though they put all efforts in following highest standards to keep brand name on top. Most worst thing about the Doha HMS is GM is only available to Philippines lady staff only. In 2years of period he dint spent not even 5 mins of time to understand more about store from the only Restaurant manager company have in Doha. Best example about his skill level is he kept 12yrs plus experienced chef who also did Hotel Management into a team member level and promoted 4 months experienced Philippines lady employee as Supervisor as soon as she finished 3 month probation period. There are so many but i dont want to put all here. All i can say is it is only failed in Doha not in rest of the places. Few top management know what is happening in Doha but they were quite. I dont blame all but i have shared my experience....Read More
