All facilties are well. And every person who will go there that will do your work without any pressure.

Dislikes

There is a little bit job secuirity problem and salary problem except this everything is good.

Work Details

If i would like to tell about my work That there is some problem that students do not come to College daily so we are not able to our work with full affort.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
