This company comes under MoHFW. The seniors are very supportive. There are many learning opportunities as multiple projects are handled.

Dislikes

There are 3 types of employment category, one is on Company roll, one is on Fixed Term Contract and last is outsourced contract. All the benefits are given to 1st category. 2nd category is not getting any benefit. 3rd category being outsourced are generally neglected for any opportunities.

Nothing. they are fraud-aster. They keep all their employees on either contract or third party and give very less amount of salary. There are only few permanent employees who gets lots of benefits but do the same work as contractual or third party owned employees.
