You will be getting full support of your team members as well as the CEO. Your Job is totally secured, so dont think about job security. Too much to learn from the developers as well as the CEO. you have to be on your toes as its a service based environment

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
