There is a significant lack of job security, especially for juniors, who often feel insecure because of the seniors. The senior staff lack the necessary knowledge to effectively manage tasks and provide proper guidance. I am completely dissatisfied with the company—there's nothing appealing about the work environment or the people. The management is extremely disorganized and lacks direction, which leads to constant inefficiencies and frustration. There's no proper structure, no clear communication, and the overall atmosphere feels demotivating. It’s hard to find anything positive in such a poorly managed setup.
