Company was taken initiatives like providing sanitization, nose mask, oxygen cylinder to the hospital and top management given awareness through social media to the company employees and during the lockdown time they provide the salary without detection.

My pleasure is to working in this company and this platform is very useful to learn how an organisation works and we can directly interact with Managing director regarding any issues and problem solving.

Work Details

Presently am working as quality Engineer. My part of job is reviewing the contract order related to any technical deviations whether it is possible to manufacture or not and also final dimensioning of finished products.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
