The work culture and management is terrible and the way they treat a employee is horrible and salary for a design engineer is less than a normal technician.. work hours are not fixed they keep on changing according to the management and no payment for that no proper week off and

Frustrated .. daily a new situation comes up which you are not familiar with but u have to deal with it if the situation is not of your scope also u have to deal with it .. if it's solved credit goes to the manager if not you are blamed
