Gaming area is the best for relaxing after your manager squeeze off. Only the HR is best, you interact with you and understand your problem deeply. They understand your situation precisely and also give you suggestion and advices for the same. Work environment is good, like colleagues are good to help you across when you stuck at work. Unlimited tea and Coffee is best benefits.

Dislikes

There is very less leave. Projects they are working on. They slogged you off and give you handful of water. They give you very less and expect much more than you. They said they have a flexible working hours, don't fall for this trapped. The working hours are Morning 07:00 to 15:30 hours for 1st shifts and second shifts start from15:30 hours to 12:00 Hours. and every 15 days their shifts changed, well its looked amazing but its not because its break your sleeping cycle and may also affect the work life balances....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Management supports there employees at every situation. As specially in COVID-19 lockdown while working from home they have given allowances for work from home and also helped whatever there employee needed.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
