One can have work life balance here no body is in the rush everything happens with one's own speed.

Dislikes

Terrible lie they said was this year they had 31000 new openings and we were provided with ppo and suddenly after 7 months of internship they revoked our offers and they hired people who were not even punctual to their work not coming to office on time, not knowing thier tech stack properly no progress at all. I can say they hired partly I'll people. Unnecessary choices were made they mostly hired girls and not boys, half of the girls don't even know what they were doing on their laptop were hired same goes with the boys who were selected....Read More

Seniors were friendly and the company culture was good.

Dislikes

I was placed in Hitachi Vantara as an associate through college campus placements and they hired almost 100 interns in each location i.e. Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai. Firstly, they assured us that the internship is optional, and you will be joining as a full time employee after your graduation and stipend was average. Because of thisI rejected other offers in hand and joined Hitachi Vantara. Some trainers were good but some had no idea about teaching. After 3 months of training, they gave us an assessment the result of which was never declared. We were not assigned any projects of the company to work on in our next 3 months internship period. We were all on our own, learning through youtube and other resources. In the last month of our internship, we were informed that our offer has been revoked by the company due to their poor market conditions. As a fresher, I was shattered after reading the mail as it was just the beginning of my career. They played tricks with us from the very beginning. No accommodation was provided, not even transport services and at last they didn't even provided the internship certificates to us. I would never recommend anyone to join such a worst company ever in your life!...Read More

At the start of the Internship, we got quite a good training on the technology we were provided with.

Dislikes

Initially, we received a full-time job offer from Hitachi Vantara. Subsequently, they offered us an internship at their Pune office in January, promising to convert us to full-time employees after completion of the internship. However, without providing any explanation, HR informed us that due to "business reasons," some of us (mostly boys) could not continue as FTEs or interns. While a few of us (primarily girls and only two boys) received job offers, it is unclear how the interns were selected, and the HR and manager stated that the selection was random. Despite working hard and having a good understanding of the job, we boys were rejected, while some girls who did not even come to the office regularly received offers. The company has refused to issue us an internship certificate and now they're shamelessly using our group photo as a cover photo on the ambition box....Read More
