Working with a brand is always recommended but due to some individuals, brand value is degrading day by day where those individuals always put their personal interest over organization.

Work culture is not good as individuals drive it. Growth opportunities are minimal and higher management takes a major chunk of increments and bonuses and distributes the remaining amount among junior employees. There is no specific job role as you can get any job to be performed which has nothing to do with your profile. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
