very good, there are definitely days when I consider external opportunities for better pay, but the workplace culture, collogues and company benefits here and fantastic and overall outweigh the financial aspect

After a year of leaving, I just come to meet old colleagues in Dubai office. I can't think of too many good things. The people I worked with were fun at time. We used to make big recruitments along with my new learnings and level up. But we don't really do that much anymore. I am missing my old working days with these good people.

The company's communication is often unclear in terms of the end to end work for client, leading to misunderstanding and frustration. There is lack of transparency and it is difficult to get clear sense of company's direction of goals.
