I like the culture because so much freedom and trust is given by the seniors . The exposure to the best client is also very good . We work with Top companies of the world in India and overseas . It’s Monday to Friday work culture and I am able to give time to my family also .

Initially i could not perform and became very negative and got influenced by others working better than me, but slowly i started learning and the boss started guiding me to perform better, therefore i don't have anything i don't like here.

I enjoy working here because of the freedom and flexibility given to us all. We have our targets and big incentives on completion of targets . I have been able to achieve all targets as the boss gives a lot of support to me and everyone else in the office. Very good company to grow fast , they deal with top clients and work on fast paced recruitment . I’m working from home for 1 year and don’t feel I’m missing out because of day to day interaction with bosses ans team - very supportive boss and team members . Happy I joined them .

A very professional work culture with supportive bosses and co-workers. I am satisfied with the regular incentives and bonus given along with consistent salary hikes. The job is secure even in these Covid times and I get to maintain an appropriate work life balance.
