I don't have any dislikes about working at Hirecraft Software. Everything is going well for me. The work process are efficient, communication between teams is strong, and there are ample opportunities for training and development. Resource management is effective, and employee feedback is valued and acted upon. Overall it's a positive and supportive environment where I feel I can thrive.

Good company for both the freshers and Experienced employees where they have a lot of things to learn including subjects and configuration top to bottom. Colleagues, managers and management are friendly in all the situations.

Exposure to business, good for freshers to work for initial 2yrs and make a switch for good package.

Work life balance is not there. Salary not credited on time, few occasions they deduct the salary. Only have old legacy projects, so no growth in technologies. Company runs into financial crunches very often, so no job stability for employees. Contracts or policies defined are not followed, not an ideal place to work due to unprofessionalism from the organization

Had to face lot issues during my notice period. They don't handle the exit formalities as defined and make the employees life missarable by not doing the full and final settlement.
