Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? No Job security , No increment and No work life balance at all, uncertain layoffs happens like layoffs of whole team at a time ,worst to join because no job security. Lot of work load like have to work for 15-16 hours in a single day. Manager ask to work on holidays also.
