It has been the market leader in the industry for past 60 years. Works basically on channel sales and the channel partners are mostly loyal to the organization. Quite a lot to learn from working in this organization. Excellent variable payouts for achieving targets
Dislikes
Pretty stressful due to targets. Daily phasing of sales target.
Work Details
Pretty hectic working with HSIl. Incentives are very lucrative which keeps employees motivated.
