I was in production dept. You can learn lots of things there if u do the efforts, because whn the responsiblity comes you hve to perform, so the same situation you have to workd hard from which u cn learn. I was lucky tht the team with which I was they r good mangers, Engineers, workers. But in other floor of production situation is different. Overall from the learning perspective u cn join.

Dislikes

Don’t expect too much from the company, they pay less take the more work from the engineers. And pease clear your salary structure befre u join.

No transparency in assessment. They prefer only those who knows flattering. No space for your honesty and work, only politics. No skill development, no training, learn on your basis which will take your years in return give u very poor salary. Worst company and poor working conditions with low safety standards. I'll never prefer any one to go there. If u want then go on your own risk.
