The opportunities that HZL gave to young bloods after graduation... but the growth with which they need to flourish is not available. Overall experience at the HZL was great to learn practical problem solving ability to mastering the same.

HZL trying to be a MNC with a marwari culture

Dislikes

individual relationship with boss and department determine career growth and opportunities.I have plenty of example during my tenure in this organisation.at shop floor level Mining is made top as if all personnel working for that department are all creamy and deserve for maxm portion of creams when it is distributed.quite obnoxious and ghetto mindset prevails across the organisation.
