No job security. 11 hour long duty everyday. If u take a holiday, your salary will be held due to this. No tea break during whole duty. Terrible Managment . Employee are more pressurized by Manager & Tl. Sunday working if u r not working your salary will be deducted. And many more trouble in this company. All policies are fake in this company....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
