In HURL every thing u do for your own. U wanna work hard and learn u can learn and u don't want to work and leave it to others then there is no loss. All will get equally and that is nothing. 5 and half I got no promotion in HURL as they don't have promotion policy. They have rotten wor k culture management is totally corrupt so they are engaged in making money through corrupt means so much of nepotism HR is also like same. People making money by helping people join on contract it's a complete loot. Hard working employees are only frustrated and blamed for their work.
