HUL is an MNC company , stable job, Target pressure but easyiest acheivement. Work culture of all higher authorirty is excellent.

Expence of rural shakti RSP is very low per day 110/- so, it should be increased like others,

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
