Job security is good for employees work culture is medium and company policies is not bad

Dislikes

HSCL is a PSU company security is good for on roll employees but for contractual employees are not good medium work culture is not good salary is very poor for employee career growth is also slow

Started my job in HSCL 2013 in December this time job was mostly interesting for me here no training facility is not available. I got a everything on my work experience

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
