People are forced to resign overnight,even if they are performing well, in case they do not align with their boss's personal agendas.... There is Zero job security and people are sometimes asked to NOT COME to office from the very next day and won't be let in the office premises for any communication. The entire management behaves this way.

As of my teniour I have seen frequently change of our NSM and which is not good for continuation with our service langth. 2nd option is produt quality basically Fan . 3rd option service along with spare part of this product. 4th of dumping billing
