No likes Think twice before joining this company... Specially in Sales-Refining Domestic Division.. There is one lady AVP very arrogant, childish behaviour, always in anger mode..in very bad nature..you can't complaint about her to HR, cause she very close President.. HR will never support you.. Catalyst and Nitrogen division is ok

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
