Good product based company with good challenges and long term job security.

Dislikes

Management changes frequently which affects the overall roadmaps for the project. 3 days work from office is too much when some of the even service based companies only has 2 days wfo. This policy can be improved. Employees onshore have still flexible wfh policy. This needs to b changed.

Old manager at RMZ Malinia SITE is much better (Vishwanath) he’s very helpful with work than Girish Kumar I dnt know is full name.

I dnt have anything to say about CBRE as it’s the best because I know most of the managers are great that I have work with,the only problem is making a stupid decision to move on other site in the hand of a guy who doesn’t even Care about his own team plus the client site at Uipath on a facility department is horrible it’s a small team but and the guy who work from technician to changing the department is very sneaky and fake who doesn’t want to work together as he have done for five years at the site he keeps on telling everyone dnt work with me. Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential

Nothing worst management. And the Associate Director of Gujarat circle Rajesh Singh have no skills. He do not know the harsh reality of ground report of client site. Never visit the sites to take the ground report never supported his team.
