Ok, but can't expect secured job. No ethics on hiring and firing. HR team is incapable enough. One man organization, no etiquette and no policies.

Dislikes

HR system and they follow a system of monitoring daily activities which is not good enough, the system they follow in claim reimbursement too.

Ver bad experience with Miles education. I worked for 10 days only. My first day was very worst. I got negative feedback from Accounts team about Management. They will remove the employees without any reason. Same thing happened with me within 10 days. HR asked me resign, when I asked about reason, they said management decesion.

Dislikes

No proper induction, No HR policies, no job security, no respect, no human values. Un health working environment.
