It's been almost 18 years of working with organisation.... I had completed every task given by my Managers in any kind of situation, I am leading my colleague in every parameter since manager wants to do, and he is happy with that.... Every worker who come to working place has busy doing their own transaction.... And for me, I am not only doing my transaction but also express my skill, knowledge and information about current market scenario.... I had carried my dream, aptitude, emotions as well with this long journey.... I have done my Graduation last month with first class, as the company wants to do.... So I am desperately justified for next level in this organisation.... This is need for both, for my company and for me.... As the everyone had their dream about personal growth....
