I started this training last year in HAL, Nashik I thought that time that it will help me for my career growth. But somehow the training not that much good as everyone thinks. The total training responsibility is on only one department. They put candidate randomly in different shops of company without knowing his/her interest. As weare all going through this pandemic. The government released GR, where in that it is mentioned that everyone will get the stipend during the lockdown period. But they are not providing any stipend. We tried to contact to training department but they are not giving suitable reason that what is next. We all are getting upset for this condition...Read More
