The company has made all efforts and given assurance to all cadre of employees about their jobs remaining intact. Salaries continue to be paid on time and in full and there complete freedom to work from home.

Dislikes

The corporate culture is a tad rigid and out of sync with current times. Young professionals entering the workforce are sure to be put off by the less than colourful ambience.

Work Details

There is sufficient opportunity to work across departments and product lines. With initiative and intent, there is scope to gain a wealth of knowledge in a short span of time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
