I work in credit department thats work environment and culture is good. Talking about appraisals are not fair they do not give a good salary hike. Policies of the company are good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very less.sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours.

I'm credit co-ordinator in HLF, check the CIBIL report on company server, file checking skills, NACH forms formation, contract generation, putting the payment to dealer, generating the repayment schedule. File forwarding hub to main branch.
