Absolutely nothing! Unless you have experience dealing with low-level thugs, you won't survive here. In addition to the negative work culture, there is also no prospect of promotion or career advancement. I highly recommend that you look for a company with a more positive work environment and opportunities for growth. The work culture here is extremely toxic, with selfish, constipated employees who seem to take pleasure in causing harm to their colleagues. The managers, while they may try hard, lack empathy and compassion. They frequently abuse their staff, creating an environment that is unsafe and uncomfortable. I highly recommend that you avoid joining this company at all costs. There is no prospect of promotion, and the negative work culture will only serve to drain you of your energy and passion. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
