Very bad working culture. All saturdays working. third and fourth sunday also working. So basically you have only 2 holidays in a month. Workings days are also hectic, you are supposed to work 11 hours each day

Hinduja Housing Finance Company sends only Rs. 17,900/- to its employees in their accounts This salary is very less, never gives any incentive and she does not even get travelling Forcefully she opens accounts of her employees in India's worst bank, Axis Bank.Otherwise, salary does not come. This is a very bad company.Salary only Rs 17900/. No Incentive, No traveling allowance. The worst rule of this company is that the salary will come only in the Axis Bank account. These people send their salaries only to Worst banks like Axis Bank.If not then salary will not come. There is no growth here, no job security, they can fire you anytime

This is a very bad company. No matter how much business you do, you never get the incentive.She gives only 18k as salary.And every year they tie up with different banks, because of which they have to open salary accounts in different banks.Now they have a tie up with India's worst bank Axis Bank, if they don't have an account there then they will not get salary.

Worst and toxxicc culture in my whole experience. Management only wants there special employees even HR also toxic they will not involve if any manager do harassment with you. They will initiate PIP for new joined employee.

This is the worst company and a person shouldn't join even if he is unemployed. Stay unemployed but do not ever come to this company. You will just nothing but regret

The work culture is toxic pro max. The manager will never back you or support you he will just try to save him and will blame everything on you. A salary breakup is just another scam. You won't get what you've been told. This company will hire a lot and then pressure them to resign.
