As a fresher, I learnt a lot about market and corporate so I appreciate that. Here we can learn diversified roles even after working for one role which is good for our own opportunity and skill developments.

Promotion incentives and compensation are very very slow or I can say in every 3 years it's done which is also not sure that it will happen(it depends on your reporting manager hierarchy and leadership skill) which boost in post you will get in every year job change(but this is only valid in HLF)9, Increment is not such good in every financial year as maximum hike is 15% every year which is less as per changing job....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
