As a senior resident, there is nothing new to do here. Mostly all simple cases that u have done in ur PG training and u will have free hands on. Good thing is u have an open ICU under your department so u have a very good exposure in that. Work satisfaction is not good. It's very dirty and unhygienic, I was a JR at hindu rao hospital and I remember being harassed, insulted and humiliated and sometimes even looked down for belonging to minority community.
