Challenges of work. Chance to work with scientists.

Dislikes

Managing Director treat engineers like a layman. He is too much dominating. If you work there means you are surrounded with all layman. All employees sitting at haigher level are like non engineers. Fresh engineers are far better than them. So overall who ever want to work like a engineer should not join there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
