German turned Indian company a pure Indian culture, no PF no gratuity just a month salary that too not on time. Interference of MD in smallest decision.

MD of this company Mr. Manoj Garg is behave like "HITLER", he is very fickle mind, he never stay onto his decision. He himself hired me on 11.07.2022 and ordered Sachin (so called HR) to fire me on 9th August, 2022 without any reason. Sachin did not stay his signed document to pay salary for 1 month the exit & if employee leave the organisation he has to notice for 3 month. However I received 15 day salary as exit notice in lieu of 1 moth notice salary. when I insist he told me to terminate your services without any reason and do not pay single peny....Read More

He should understand that I was working somewhere after your regular followup to join early, I came into your organisation. My age is 48 years & having full family responsibility on my head, Mr Garg did not think how he will survive in this age, he is cruel, hitler..........everthing for me. He will punished by god due course of time.
